Billy Butler Heating & Air Conditioning in Lawrenceville, GA

I’ve known Billy for many years—his dad was a good, honest guy who always did right by people, and that same positive spirit carries on with Butler Heating and Air and Billy’s team. Today, with this big ice storm approaching, I am several hours away and couldn’t get to my daughter to help her with her inoperable fireplace. She’s a single mom with two kids, one with special needs, so making sure things were safe was important. I called Billy, and he headed out right away to check the gas lines on her fireplace before the weather gets bad. It’s just the kind of helpful, reliable service you’d expect from folks who are positive members of the community. They do solid HVAC work without any fuss, and it’s clear they care about people around here. I’d recommend Billy and the team to anyone in need of heating or air service. Thanks for being there today and in the future!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Butler heating and air!!! They came out at the absolute last minute for what was truly an emergency, and they went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did they fix the issue quickly and thoroughly, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. They took their time explaining everything to me in a way that actually made sense, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely confident and prepared before they left. It’s rare to find a heating and air company that combines expertise with genuine care for their customers, but this team truly does. I felt taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for a company you can trust—especially in a stressful, last-minute situation—this is it. I will 100% be calling them again and recommending them to everyone I know!

Have known Billy Butler for many years. I lost contact after moving from Lawrenceville. But reconnected when I was in the need for a new furnace and AC unit. His 5 star service has not changed. It was good to see his son working along side of him learning a trade. Both Very professional and a job well done.
